This product is white crystalline solids, adjunct with a similar texture and properties to Maltodextrin and has a clean sweet flavor. It is made from the enzymatic treatment of rice, using GMO free enzymes, which is filtered, concentrated and is spray dried. it serves as an organic or conventional to several processed food, based on consumer’s requirements.
