Tapioca syrup solids are a plant-based sweetener available in organic and conventional options. They are gluten-free and non-GMO, and come in different DE levels to control sweetness, bulk, and functionality in dry food formulations, beverage mixes, and industrial applications.

How Tapioca Syrup Solids Are Made?

Tapioca Syrup Solids are made by enzymatically converting tapioca starch into a pale-colored powder with characteristics comparable to maltodextrins. Depending on the needs, the Tapioca Syrup Solids feature a top grade Organic or Conventional Tapioca basis. The Tapioca Syrup Solids produced by SGC are Halal and Kosher certified and comply with international quality standards.
