Brown Rice Syrup

Brown rice syrup is a light-amber colored syrup, clean-sweet, buttery and honey-like in flavor. It is made from the enzymatic treatment of rice using GMO free natural enzymes which are filtered and concentrated to heavy syrup. It is a healthy alternative to refined sugar and is gluten-free and hypoallergenic. Our brown rice syrup is available from 20DE up to 70DE.

  • Cereal and Energy edibles are also made from his syrup.

Tapioca Syrup

Hi Fructose Syrup

We produce our fructose syrup using a rice or tapioca base. Our fructose syrup is produced by enzymatically converting some of the glucose into fructose. Its sweetness and ability to blend easily with other ingredients makes it viable for a multitude of applications.

Low Sugar Syrup

Our Low Sugar Syrup, derived from both Rice and Tapioca, serves as a direct replacement for the traditional glucose syrup. Produced through the hydrolysis of Rice or Tapioca, the syrup has exactly the same sweetness as traditional glucose syrups, resulting in little to no change in terms of product application and performance.

Our low sugar syrup has the following applications:

  • Snacks, cereal, and energy bars use it as one of their primary ingredients
  • The beverage industry uses low sugar syrup in particular. Flavored alcoholic drinks and carbonated soft drinks are made from this as well.

Interestingly, this syrup is also an anti-crystallizing agent that controls hygroscopicity, and has low Maillard reactivity.

Infant-Safe Tapioca Syrup

Our Tapioca and Rice Syrup range is also available in Infant-Safe versions. This range includes the traditional glucose syrups, maltose syrups, fructose syrups, and low sugar syrups.
