Clarified rice syrup is a transparent syrup with a clean sweet flavor with light buttery and honey flavor notes. It is made from the enzymatic treatment of rice using GMO free natural enzymes which is filtered and concentrated to heavy syrup. It is a healthy alternative to refined sugar and is gluten-free, non-GMO and hypoallergenic. Our clarified rice syrup is available from 20DE up to 70DE.

Clarified rice syrup is the result of an enzymatic process performed on our Shafi Rice Brown (Brown Rice Syrup), and the resulting product is a transparent, clear syrup with characteristics similar to its brown-colored counterpart. The Shafi Rice Clarified syrup comes in multiple viscosity levels, covering a wide range of product uses.
